In this class, we provide interactive lessons on plant-based cooking in an intimate environment. Class sizes are limited and on a first come first serve basis. There is no guarantee space can be held if you try to privately make contact with The Health Conscious Diva. It’s suggested you wear smart casual clothing as you do not want to be dressy in the case food gets on your clothing.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: While we don’t use dairy or soy in these classes, we do use many varieties of nuts. If you have a nut allergy, we regret to inform you this class may not be for you. Also, some ancient varieties of grains contain gluten. If you have a gluten sensitivity or Celiac Disease, this class may not be for you.
