Our Story

Welcome To Purple Sol Kitchen

Purple Sol Kitchen was founded by Natasha Pennant aka The Health Conscious Diva to help people who have the desire to cook and eat healthier meals. Knowing that chronic illnesses are on the rise, she took to the very source that helped her to combat her own heart disease, preparing and cooking plant-based foods, and created classes to educate the masses. 

We provide interactive cooking classes in an intimate environment. We teach our students that cooking healthy foods does not have to be intimidating. There is no need to eat foods that taste like cardboard.  With a little flavor and lots of love your relationship with healthy foods will revolutionize your at home cooking regime.

It’s been a while but we are back in motion and we have a delicious menu for you to peruse and prepare. Join us as we prepare spelt pancakes, oyster mushrooms and waffles, and vegan omelettes.

Fit for a Queen

May is the month in which we celebrate those who sacraficed to raise a child whether they were biological or stepping in. During this class we treat those nearest and dearest to us with a vegan tea. Cook with and celebrate the moms we love.

BBQ Lovers

June is the month in which we celebrate those who protect us and spend most of their time at the grill. During this class we’ll learn how to prepare several foods that can be cooked on an outside grill. Prepare for grilling season!

Enjoy an afternoon of learning how to make plant-based food from the Caribbean. The truth is most of this food is already plant-based. Plantain-Ackee Patties, No Salt Fritters, and Rice and Peas.
